Web Support : AcuTraffic
AcuTraffic™ is a program that tracks statistics, activity, and visitor information on your web site. A report can be downloaded anytime and imported into your favorite spreadsheet program.
The purpose of AcuTraffic™ is to provide an idea of the type of visitors, thus providing insightful information for further improvement of the web site.
How do I access AcuTraffic™?
To access AcuTraffic™, log into your Updater™ account. On the “Jump To…” menu, select AcuTraffic™. You will be prompted to provide your username and password again. Once logged in, you will see a menu on the left side of your screen and a list of general statistics on the right.
What can I do in AcuTraffic™?
What kind of information can AcuTraffic™ provide?
- General statistics such as daily visits, number of visitors, total page views, and unique IP addresses.
- Activity statistics daily, weekly, by the hour.
- the length of visits to your site.
- visitor IP addresses and domains.
- the most popular web page visits, downloaded files, directories, entry & exit pages, and click paths.
- The top referring domains and URLs.
- Top search engine referrals, search phrases, and keywords.
- The top geographic countries that visit your site.
- The most used browsers, operating systems, and visiting spiders.
- Marketing performance reports by page views and file downloads.
Can I export my AcuTraffic report?
Of course you can! As soon as you log into your AcuTraffic account, and click on the “Download Excel CSV report” link at the top of the page.

How do I use AcuTraffic™?
After you log into your updater account and AcuTraffic, you may use the navigation on the left to pull up specific reports.
Here is a brief summary of each report:
General Statistics
AcuTraffic is default to this report as soon as you log in. It gives you an overview of all statistics of your site traffic.
Included in this report:
- Daily Visits Summary (in time increments)
- Hits
- Visitor
- Unique IPs (addresses)
- Page Views and Downloads
- Bandwidth Transferred
Activity Statistics
Activity Statistics are useful for seeing how long a visitor stays on your web site, what day(s) people visit most frequently, hourly traffic count, and so much more.
View activity statistics by:
- Time Increment
- Day of the Week
- Hour of the Day
- Page Views per Day
- Visitor Stay Length
Visitor/IP Information
Visitor IP information is very helpful for seeing specifically who visits your web site. You can view visitor information such as the most recent, those who visit your site the most often, those that use the most bandwidth, and those who spend the most time on your site.
View visitor information such as:
- Most Recent Visitors
- Visitors who had the most hits on the web site
- Visitors who used the most bandwidth
- Visitors that spend the most time on your web site
Resource Accessed
See a variety of information and statistics for specific web pages such as:
- Most viewed web pages
- Most downloaded files
- Most popular images
- Most accessed directories
- Top Entry Pages and Files
- Top Exit Pages and Files
- Most Common Click Paths
Referrer Statistics
Learn how people are referred to your site by viewing the top 10 referring domains and URLs.
Search Engine Statistics
View the top search engines that are used to find your site, most common search phrases, and the top search keywords.
Geographic Region
Learn where you users are from by the geographic statistics such as:
- Most Active Countries
- Top US States
- Top US Cities
Browsers and Platforms
Browsers and platforms show the most commonly used browsers and operating systems that are used to view your site.
View specific details about:
- Most Used Browsers
- Most Used Operating Systems
- Visiting Spiders (Automated programs that search the Internet)
Technical Information
Technical information allows you to view 404 (missing page) errors and other miscellaneous errors.
Marketing Performance Report
View a detailed web business performance report by visitors, page views and downloads, and by bandwidth.
